Recruiting Emphasis
Andrew Associates, headquartered in Oregon, excels in domestic and international searches for executive management; with emphasis on recruiting CIO to Director-level leaders of Information Technology.
We search out the excellent candidates for our clients, the experts
considered the best by their peers, not just the best available.
We speak with people who know excellent prospects (who are likely
not looking for a new job), then we convince those qualified (many times passive) prospects
to consider moving to our client's position.
Confidentiality
- We treat information about our client companies with the same respect for confidentiality as that of our own firm.

Search Methodology
Baseline
Our first step in commencing a search is begin to understand
the chemistry of the organization; define expectations people
have of this new person; and gather input on the strengths and
the style necessary to make this individual successful.
Search Strategy
We develop a company and position description to be used in
"marketing" the opportunity.
We will identify potential candidates through several existing
and developed sources. We utilize our extensive and constantly refreshed database of corporate leaders and high-potential prospective candidates.
We promote the opportunity to prospective candidates; and to experts and industry observers familiar with the professional discipline and/or industry for which we are recruiting.
Screening Candidates
Strong potential candidates are approached and recruited.
We scrutinize their backgrounds for fit, technical skills, goal
congruence and other critical elements.
